About Yitzy
Yitzy Hammer is a partner at DLT Law, the globally recognised blockchain advisory firm. He has extensive experience working with technology companies across every sector, with a particular focus on the blockchain industry. His practice centres on representing entrepreneurs and investors, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, structuring token and equity investments, privacy compliance (he is CIPP/E certified), and advising on licensing and intellectual property.
Alongside his legal practice, Yitzy hosts the popular podcast Beyond the Code, which explores the intersection of technology and law, and serves as a Captain (Res.) in the International Law Department of the IDF’s Military Advocate General’s Corps. Based in Israel, he advises clients globally, particularly across North America, Asia and Europe.
