Anne-Grace Kleczewski is a legal counsel specialising in Swiss and EU financial regulation, with a focus on blockchain and AI. Alongside her advisory practice, she is an active speaker and researcher on the impact of emerging technologies on the financial sector.

Through Call the Human, she advises technology-driven projects on regulatory and corporate structuring, helping them gain clarity around their products and operations across jurisdictional boundaries. Her role is to bridge technology and regulation: making complex technical architectures intelligible to regulators, while turning legal requirements into solutions that remain commercially workable and true to the technology they govern. She takes a particular interest in understanding the infrastructure behind the projects she advises, including, where relevant, reviewing their GitHub repositories as a valuable source of technical truth.
