Dom Simon is Deputy General Counsel at World Foundation and an independent director of Blockchain.com’s Singapore business. Simon’s work spans digital assets, financial regulation, privacy and digital identity, with a current focus on proof of human standards and trust infrastructure for the agent economy. Previously, Simon served as Global General Counsel at Wirex and held legal, compliance and board roles at Tools for Humanity. Simon has built governance frameworks for regulated businesses, supported market access across multiple jurisdictions and advised on engagement with financial and technology regulators.
