Who we are

MoreandMore B.D (“More & More”, “we”, “us”) is the company responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Privacy contact: privacy@mnm.live

We run More & More, Agentic Finance and The Odds.

What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we handle when you:

  • visit mnm.live or contact us
  • book a call, register for or attend one of our events, roundtables, dinners or delegations
  • work with us as a sponsor, partner, speaker, investor or founder
  • follow, message or interact with our pages on LinkedIn, X, Instagram or Telegram

It also covers the internal tools we use to manage our own LinkedIn and X pages, described in “Data from LinkedIn and X” below.

It does not cover third-party sites and services we link to, such as the event registration platform you sign up through, the tool you use to book a call with us, or the social platforms themselves. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, register for an event or work with us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address, phone number, company and job title
  • your social or messaging handles, if you share them
  • what you tell us in messages, meetings and registration questions
  • event details such as attendance, dietary or access needs you choose to share
  • business, billing and contract details if you sponsor or partner with us

Information collected automatically. When you visit mnm.live, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. With your consent, Google Analytics also collects usage data, and with your separate consent the Meta Pixel collects the pages you view for advertising purposes (see “Cookies and similar technologies”).

Information from others. We receive information from:

  • the event registration platform you sign up through, and the tool you use to book a call with us
  • co-hosts and partners of events you attend, where you agreed to this when registering
  • public professional sources, such as company websites, when we invite you to speak, partner or attend

Photos and video. We photograph and film some of our events and may share the footage on our website and social pages. We tell attendees at the event and honor requests not to be featured.

Data from LinkedIn and X

We use an internal tool, MnM Comms HQ, to manage our own social pages through the official LinkedIn and X APIs. Only our team uses it. It covers these pages:

  • LinkedIn: More & More and Agentic Finance company pages
  • X: @moreandmorebd, @afinancesummit and @theoddspredict

What the tool does.

  • Publishes posts that our team has written and reviewed to our own pages.
  • Reads how our own posts and pages perform: impressions, reactions, comment and repost counts, clicks and follower counts.
  • On LinkedIn, may show recent comments on our posts so we can respond to them.

How access works. A page admin approves access through LinkedIn’s or X’s own sign-in screen. We never see their password. The access tokens we receive are stored encrypted, and a page admin can revoke them at any time in their LinkedIn or X settings.

What we never do with this data. We do not sell it or share it outside our team and service providers. We do not use it for advertising, ad targeting, sales prospecting, lead generation or recruiting. We do not build profiles of people who engage with our posts, and we do not combine their data with other data about them.

Where it is stored. Post statistics are stored in a database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, and shown in our internal workspace. We follow LinkedIn’s and X’s data storage rules. On LinkedIn, comments are kept for no more than 48 hours, and commenters’ profile details are only shown, never stored. See “How long we keep information” for all retention periods.

Cookies and similar technologies

mnm.live uses two tools that set cookies or similar identifiers, each only if you accept it in our cookie notice: Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. You can accept analytics without accepting advertising.

Analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive limited signals without cookies or identifiers, such as that a page was viewed. IP addresses are anonymized in Google Analytics.

Advertising. If you accept, the Meta Pixel records each page you view on mnm.live and sets cookies in your browser (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad). Meta receives your IP address, browser details and the address of each page, and may link them to your Facebook or Instagram account if you are signed in to one in the same browser. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited mnm.live. We do not send Meta what you type into our forms. If you decline, Meta’s script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Meta.

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie notice where it is offered, or by clearing site data for mnm.live in your browser. Declining advertising stops the Pixel and removes Meta’s cookies from mnm.live.

Children

Our website, events and services are for professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and tell you directly about significant changes where we can.
