Pei Chen is CEO of Theoriq, where she owns the strategy behind the company’s curation systems and vault products. Theoriq builds coordination infrastructure for AI agents in decentralised finance, letting multiple agents execute asset management strategies on-chain rather than leaving portfolios to be rebalanced by hand. She describes the work as the shift from manually operated DeFi to agent economies, and she is unusually direct about what that requires: limited authority for each agent, human oversight at the decision points, secure key management and shared governance.
