About Gauthier
Gauthier Vila is the founder of ZyFAI, a Lausanne-based platform that puts autonomous agents to work managing on-chain wealth. Depositors fund their own smart account and delegate to a rule-based yield agent that tracks APY, liquidity depth, collateral health and stablecoin pegs, rebalancing only into positions that satisfy the mandate they set, and holding funds idle when nothing qualifies. Before ZyFAI he built the DeFi project OndeFy and reached an audience of roughly 200,000 as a crypto educator, and has helped earlier startups raise capital across Web2 and Web3. His team’s work has been recognised with ETHGlobal hackathon wins and Ethereum Foundation grants. He brings a builder’s answer to the question this summit keeps returning to: what a financial agent should be allowed to decide on its own, and what stays under an explicit human mandate.
