About Omar-Shakeeb
Omar-Shakeeb Zahir co-founded SecondLane and now leads it as CEO, having previously run the firm as its Chief Business Development Officer. SecondLane is execution infrastructure for private markets, turning fragmented secondary transactions in pre-listed tokens, SAFTs and SAFEs into structured, compliant and tradeable liquidity across its Prime, Capital and Delta businesses. He has worked in digital assets since 2016 as an operator, investor and adviser, and is a limited partner in funds including Multicoin Capital, Alliance DAO and Topology Ventures. SecondLane is also building itself as an AI-embedded firm, putting autonomous agents into the back office so assets under management can grow without headcount growing with them - which is the operational side of agentic finance rather than the trading-floor side.
