About Nitin
Nitin Gaur leads institutional engagement at Nethermind, working with banks, market infrastructures and asset managers on moving blockchain systems out of pilot and into production. He is also a senior advisor to DTCC Digital Assets, contributing to the post-trade, custody and settlement frameworks being built for tokenised markets. Before Nethermind he was a managing director at State Street, and spent close to two decades at IBM, where he founded IBM Digital Asset Labs and IBM Blockchain Labs and held the titles of Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor, with more than 100 patents to his name. His work sits where this summit does: the settlement rails, risk controls and operational guardrails that decide whether agent-driven finance can run inside a regulated institution.
